How to Use INFRARED:

The following guidelines are suggestions to help you get the most from your workout. You may need to adjust based on your personal needs.

  • Gym (Resistance Training, Cardio, CrossFit – 30 to 90 minutes)
    Mix one serve of INFRARED (approx. 36g) into 350ml of water, and consume 15 minutes before training.
  • Intra-Workout
    For sessions longer than 80 minutes, take an additional serve of INFRARED in 400-450ml of water to sip on during the workout.
  • Ball Sports (Rugby, AFL, NFL, Baseball)
    Before a game or training session, mix one serve (approx. 36g) into 350ml of water and drink within 1 hour before the event.
  • Combat Sports (MMA, Boxing, Martial Arts, Jujitsu, Muay Thai)
    Mix one serve (approx. 36g) of INFRARED into 350ml of water and drink within 1 hour before the event or training session.
  • Swimming, Cycling, Running (Up to 90 minutes)
    Mix one serve (approx. 36g) into 350ml of water and consume within 30 minutes prior to the event or training session.
  • Swimming, Cycling, Running (Over 90 minutes)
    Mix one serve (approx. 36g) into 350ml of water and drink within 30 minutes before the event. If your workout extends past 90 minutes, mix an additional serve (approx. 36g) into 400-500ml of water and sip during the session. Alternatively, mix one serve into 250ml of water and dilute with water from stations available during your workout.
  • Loading on Non-Training Days
    To maximize benefits from electrolytes, beta-alanine, Schisandra, and beetroot, mix one serve (approx. 36g) into 250-500ml of water and drink once a day. INFRARED should be taken away from supplements containing taurine, as taurine competes with beta-alanine for absorption and effectiveness.
