The Spandex Gel Metatarsal Cushion Pads can be worn in various ways—inside shoes, barefoot, under socks, or with sandals. The sleeve gently slides over the forefoot and stays in place, anchoring to your toe so that the gel pad remains properly aligned beneath the ball of your foot. They come in a stylish black colour and a slim design, making them suitable for any shoe type.

Durable and reusable, these pads are easy to clean—simply handwash in warm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. Not recommended for those with diabetes or poor circulation. The product comes as a pair (one for each foot) and includes a mesh carrying bag for convenience and discretion.

Directions:
